Privacy Policy
By Design is a program of The 3Fifty Group, based in Virginia, United States. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and the founding-cohort waitlist.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with the time of your signup. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect the website.
How we use your information
We use waitlist details only to send a reminder when founding-cohort registration opens and another before it closes. We do not use the waitlist for other marketing, sell it, or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in the program or reserve a place.
Access and service providers
Access to waitlist details within our business is limited to staff of The 3Fifty Group. Replit hosts this website and its PostgreSQL signup storage. Kit is our email provider for the registration reminders and processes the information needed to send those emails on our behalf. These providers handle information under their own service and privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
When the program begins on January 4, 2027, our staff manually removes waitlist contacts from Kit. Once you receive a reminder email, you can stop future reminders using Kit’s built-in unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email. Unsubscribing stops emails; it does not automatically erase signup records stored for this website. You can email hello@the3fiftygroup.com to request removal from the waitlist, deletion of website signup records, or correction of your details, including before any emails are sent. Service providers may retain backup copies or operational records under their own retention practices.
Website storage and other sites
The website itself does not use advertising trackers or add analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate their services. We load website fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information from your browser when those fonts are requested. Links to social networks, email services, or an enrollment platform take you to services with their own privacy policies. This policy covers this website and its waitlist, not those other services.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or requests, contact The 3Fifty Group at hello@the3fiftygroup.com. We will update this page if our practices change.
